Original US Army Airforce (the predecessor to the separation of Army and Air force signified by the patch on the right sleeve a sign of its age ) officers custom made to military specifications service jacket ( A privilege offer to officers to get their own uniforms tailored ). This Jacket includes its original services medal ribbons including: Air medal, American Campaign Medal, European - African - Middle eastern campaign medal ( including Distinctions one arrow head and two stars ) , World War II Victory Medal.  Two service stripes for two active duty tours of service - this soldier had fought in active combat service rolls for at least two years and evidenced by their medals had got accoladed for their distinction and service.
